1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website or booking our kayaking services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Additionally, when using Aqua Knight Kayaking's services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. When you make a booking:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age
• Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received
• You will receive a confirmation email with booking details
• Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include:

• Professional guide services
• Safety equipment (life jackets, safety gear)
• Kayak and paddle equipment
• Basic refreshments as specified in the tour

Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellation 48+ hours before: Full refund (100%)
• Cancellation 24-48 hours before: 50% refund
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before: No refund
• No-show: No refund will be provided

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. In case of adverse weather conditions, we may need to cancel tours for safety reasons. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date or full refund.

5. Safety and Health Requirements

For your safety, the following requirements apply:

• All participants must know how to swim
• Minimum age for participation is 8 years
• Pregnant women cannot participate for safety reasons
• Participants must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to kayak
• Maximum weight limit: 250 lbs (113 kg) per person
• Participants must follow all safety instructions given by our guides

6. Risk and Liability

Kayaking is an adventure activity that involves inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Aqua Knight Kayaking shall not be liable for any injury, accident, or loss of personal property that may occur during the tour. Participants are advised to obtain their own travel and health insurance. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who we deem to be unfit for the activity.

7. Photography and Media

We may take photographs or videos during the tour for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included in our marketing materials, please inform us in writing before the tour. By participating, you grant Aqua Knight Kayaking the right to use any images or footage captured during the tour for promotional purposes without compensation.

8. Weather Conditions

Our tours are weather-dependent. In case of unfavorable weather conditions (heavy rain, strong winds, thunderstorms), we reserve the right to:

• Cancel the tour for safety reasons
• Reschedule to an alternative date
• Offer a full refund if rescheduling is not possible

We will make every effort to inform you as early as possible about any weather-related changes.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Aqua Knight Kayaking and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Port Blair, Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
